Strategic Context
Over the past ten years, Constellation has invested more than $7.1 billion in capital across its nuclear fleet to support continued safe, reliable operations and long-term license extensions. Approximately $3.3 billion of that total has been invested in Illinois facilities. Looking ahead, we are planning multi-billion-dollar investments between 2025 and 2030 focused on the continued operation, licensing, and performance of the Illinois nuclear fleet. These investments are distinct from major growth projects and are centered on sustaining the existing fleet at world-class standards. These efforts support high-skilled jobs, local tax bases, grid reliability, and long-term affordability while avoiding the cost overruns and risks often borne by ratepayers under monopoly utility buildouts.

Requirements

- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. Supervisory or management experience. Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance. Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction.
