About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Chino Valley, Arizona. As an advanced practice provider, you will act as a cornerstone of our practice, delivering comprehensive medical care including evaluation, monitoring, diagnostics, therapeutics, counseling, and referrals. You will play an integral role in the delivery of all practice services, supported by excellent MA assistance. The role offers a balanced schedule with 36 patient-facing hours per week and 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks, averaging 18-22 patients per day on 8-hour outpatient days. After-hours outpatient call is minimal, occurring only by telephone for 3-4 weeks per year.
