The Experience
As an Assistant Teacher, you will follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. You will maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized. Your role involves developing the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicating with families. You will also complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
We are looking for energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children. You must be able to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience, and be prepared to work indoors or outdoors while engaging in physical activity with children.
Hiring Process
Successful completion of a background check is a prerequisite of employment effective January 1, 2024.
