About the Role
The Premium Cook is a key member of the Legends Global Hospitality culinary team, responsible for preparing high-quality food across a variety of culinary disciplines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is designed to encompass multiple areas of kitchen production, including Line Cook, Prep Cook, Garde Manger (Cold Kitchen), and Pastry Cook functions. You will be part of a team that ensures excellence in every dish served to our guests.
Location
This position is based on-site at the Cowboys Club at AT&T Stadium.

Requirements
