Every day, our team members do amazing things in pursuit of our shared purpose to build trust with our clients, partners, subcontractors, and teammates. No matter your background, education, or career path, if you share our vision to create extraordinary experiences, you belong at HITT. We are committed to hiring and developing the most qualified individuals based on job-related experience, skills, and merit. We value a respectful, inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
The Preconstruction Manager serves as the personification of The HITT Way, responsible for the accuracy of estimates and the integrity of the preconstruction phase. This role guides the journey from initial programmatic intent through construction documents pricing, ensuring feasibility studies, conceptual budgets, and value engineering are delivered with precision.
You will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, including developers, architects, and subcontractors, throughout the design-assist process. Your day involves presenting technical and financial information to internal and external audiences, making critical decisions under tight deadlines, and forging partnerships that mitigate risk. While the majority of the work is completed in an office environment, you will visit jobsites as necessary, adhering to all safety protocols.
HITT Contracting maintains a drug-free workplace consistent with applicable local, state, and federal laws. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
