About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our estimating department in our Loveland, OH office. This role is critical to the success of our projects, responsible for developing accurate, competitive cost estimates and supporting pre-construction efforts from concept through bid submission.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market conditions, along with the ability to analyze project documents and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. You will collaborate with project management and leadership teams during pre-construction planning, participate in bid reviews and presentations, and identify value engineering opportunities to enhance cost efficiency without compromising quality.
