About the Role
The Practice Manager serves as the operational leader for a practice site supporting up to three providers. This role is pivotal in overseeing the patient experience, ensuring effective workflow development, and managing provider and staff engagement. You will work closely with the Practice Director to implement operational plans, manage budgets, and drive performance improvement strategies.
In this position, you will assume a leadership role in the absence of senior management, guiding the team through both simple and complex situations. The role requires a hands-on approach to schedule management, financial performance, and billing compliance, all while promoting a collaborative environment that enhances the practice's overall culture and performance.
