About the Role

We are seeking a talented Practice Manager to join our team at the Daniel Driscoll-Neponset Health Center. This role serves as the strategic and operational leader of the practice site, combining hands-on leadership with data-driven decision-making to drive continuous improvement and achieve both site and organizational goals.\n Acting as the "CEO of the practice," you will own outcomes, solve complex problems, and foster a high-performing, patient-centered environment. You will lead through collaboration, partnering closely with clinical, nursing, and administrative leaders to ensure the clinic operates efficiently. Your day-to-day involves championing a "no appointment left behind" mindset, managing resources responsibly, and using a problem-solving approach to test, learn, and refine workflows. This position is ideal for someone who models leadership behaviors that promote ownership and accountability at all levels while ensuring the clinic remains aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleOwn overall practice performance including access, productivity, patient experience, and financial outcomes
  • check_circleOversee daily clinic operations ensuring appropriate staffing, workflows, and coverage to meet patient demand
  • check_circleManage clinic resources responsibly including staffing, supplies, and operational expenses
  • check_circleSupport revenue cycle functions at the site level including accurate registration, scheduling, and charge capture
  • check_circleMonitor key access metrics and implement solutions to maximize patient access and improve flow
  • check_circleEnsure clinic operations are efficient, consistent, and aligned with organizational and regulatory standards
  • check_circleBuild and maintain strong relationships with community partners to enhance care coordination and access
  • check_circleLead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team to foster a culture of accountability and engagement

Requirements

  • verified5+ years managing teams in business or healthcare
