About the Role

We are seeking a talented Practice Manager to join our team at the Daniel Driscoll-Neponset Health Center. This role serves as the strategic and operational leader of the practice site, combining hands-on leadership with data-driven decision-making to drive continuous improvement and achieve both site and organizational goals.\n Acting as the "CEO of the practice," you will own outcomes, solve complex problems, and foster a high-performing, patient-centered environment. You will lead through collaboration, partnering closely with clinical, nursing, and administrative leaders to ensure the clinic operates efficiently. Your day-to-day involves championing a "no appointment left behind" mindset, managing resources responsibly, and using a problem-solving approach to test, learn, and refine workflows. This position is ideal for someone who models leadership behaviors that promote ownership and accountability at all levels while ensuring the clinic remains aligned with organizational standards.

Requirements

verified5+ years managing teams in business or healthcare
verifiedKnowledge of health planning and clinic management principles

Nice to Have

Ambulatory practice experience. Experience in a Community Health Center setting. 2 years of experience with or knowledge of EPIC/OCHIN EHR. Familiarity with health insurance, health care regulations, and DPH/HRSA.
