The Practice Lead – Field Services serves as the architect of operational excellence for our field-based delivery ecosystem. This role is accountable for the performance, scalability, and execution of Audio Visual (AV) installation, Physical Security, and Cabling/Fiber/Low Voltage services. You will own the end-to-end operating model, ensuring efficient resource utilization, consistent delivery quality, strong margin performance, and strict adherence to safety standards.
Success in this position is defined by translating business demand into executable field operations. You will partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Managed Services to enforce feasibility and delivery discipline, balancing capacity across geographies and service types to smooth out demand peaks and valleys.
