The Practice Innovation Specialist serves as a vital bridge between technology and the legal profession, supporting the firm's intranet and extranet platforms. This role is designed to ensure that attorneys, staff, and clients can reliably access high-quality, user-friendly digital experiences. By combining hands-on site administration, content support, and customer service with operational maintenance, the specialist plays a key part in optimizing firm tools and streamlining workflows.
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for user questions and requests, providing clear guidance and resolving issues with a friendly, professional approach. The role involves conducting user trainings—both virtual and in-person—on platform features and best practices, as well as creating and maintaining training materials and documentation. You will collaborate with content owners to ensure site information remains accurate and organized, while also participating in efforts to enhance platform functionality and governance. This is a dynamic role that offers opportunities to contribute to ongoing system enhancements and process improvements, requiring a solutions-oriented approach to troubleshooting and a willingness to learn new technologies like Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
