About the Role
The Practice Administrator will serve as a strategic leader for our Post-Acute & Multi-Specialty Care operations, bridging the gap between clinical excellence and administrative efficiency. This hybrid role, based in Jacksonville or Orlando, FL, is designed to oversee the seamless integration of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), and specialty care programs.
In this position, you will drive the vision for virtual care initiatives, including Telehealth, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and Chronic Care Management (CCM). Your focus will be on expanding our patient census and facilitating facility growth while ensuring strict adherence to Medicare compliance and operational standards. You will lead both clinical and administrative teams, optimizing physician workflows, billing, coding, and credentialing processes to support a high-performing healthcare ecosystem.
