About the Role
As a Dental Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations while creating beautiful smiles for our community. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency, fostering a positive company culture where both patients and staff feel valued.
In this position, you will guide treatment plans with compassion, helping patients overcome financial barriers to make informed decisions. You will audit patient accounts to ensure accuracy and track office performance through detailed reporting to drive growth. A key part of your journey may involve traveling to newly acquired DeNovo offices to support their integration and ensure seamless operations.
