About the Role
As a Dental Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations while fostering a positive company culture. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and exceptional guest service. Every day, you'll help create beautiful smiles and contribute to the health and well-being of the community.
In this position, you will lead, mentor, and support the dental team, creating opportunities for professional development while ensuring collaborative success. You will address patient service issues with professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience. Your day will involve analyzing key metrics to drive office efficiency, managing staff schedules to balance needs with availability, and guiding patients through treatment plans with compassion. You will also be ready to travel to newly acquired DeNovo offices to support their integration and ensure seamless operations.
