About the Role
This position supports Client TV+, a new original video subscription service featuring original shows, movies, and documentaries from the world's most creative storytellers. As a PR Operations & Finance Specialist, you will provide strategic operational support to the financial management of budgeting, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders, and daily invoices across global Publicity, Studio Communications, Talent Relations, Awards, and Events.
You will manage timely reporting and analyze actuals versus budget cost reports to ensure accuracy, quickly resolving any issues that arise. The role requires collaborating across teams, as well as with internal and external partners including Finance, Travel, Business Affairs, and Legal, to create and vet budgets and strategically resolve issues for an efficient process. Additionally, you will assist in contract review and cost analysis processes and manage the setup of vendors and external partners in collaboration with Procurement.
About the Team
Reporting to the Director of PR Operations & Talent Relations for Apple TV+, you will work within a dynamic environment dedicated to the financial integrity of high-profile entertainment projects. This role is critical in ensuring that the operational and financial frameworks support the creative vision of Apple TV+, Apple Original Films, and Apple Studios.
