About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the Test Operations and Sustainment contract at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma, TN. This role is critical for leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance data visibility, and support mission-critical decision-making within the Department of Defense environment.
About the Role
In this on-site position, you will partner with multidisciplinary work teams to design, develop, and deploy custom applications that automate business processes across the organization. Your work will directly impact operational performance by building interactive dashboards, managing automated workflows, and configuring secure data environments. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories, ensuring that technical solutions align with mission needs. The role involves integrating Power Platform solutions with existing enterprise systems, maintaining technical documentation, and providing ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement of deployed applications.
Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must possess an active Secret clearance to be considered for this position. We are looking for individuals willing to relocate within 2-4 weeks to the Tullahoma, TN area. Requirements

Nice to Have
Demonstrated experience developing PowerApps with SQL Server or Dataverse as the backend data store. Working knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. Microsoft certification in Power Platform products (PL-100, -200, -300, and/or -400). Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure SQL. Knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating third party systems with Power Platform using custom connectors. Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, or C# for developing custom connectors, plug-ins, or PowerApps Component Framework controls. Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for Power Platform.
