About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who enjoy being on the move, working independently, and take pride in keeping environments clean and organized. Whether you have prior experience in landscaping, general labor, or janitorial work, or are just starting out, we are ready to train you for a long-term career with us.
You will spend your days outdoors at commercial and retail shopping centers, rain or shine. As a key member of our team, you will drive a company pickup truck to various job sites to perform essential maintenance tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include picking up litter, cleaning surfaces like windowsills and benches, managing trash disposal, and maintaining dumpster enclosures. The role may also involve lifting heavy items, breaking down boxes, and occasionally working on ladders or near retention ponds.
Safety is our top priority. We utilize a dedicated Safety Coordinator and hold monthly safety meetings to ensure all employees are protected from hazards and equipped with the proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
