About the Role

Reporting to the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the physical aspects of the apartment community. This role serves as the operational backbone for maintenance and repair services, ensuring high curb appeal and the quality of apartment homes. You will coordinate preventative maintenance, manage inventory, and oversee contracted services while responding to resident service requests with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The day-to-day involves walking the property to monitor safety issues, conducting inspections, and managing apartment turns. You will also play a key leadership role by training, coaching, and mentoring team members, generating work schedules, and fostering a collaborative team environment through weekly meetings and open communication.
