About the Role
As a Poolside Server Assistant, you will be the backbone of our Poolside Service team. You will work on all types of terrain, including sand, to ensure seamless service for our Guests. Your day will involve delivering food and beverages, assisting with bussing, and anticipating Guest needs before they arise. Expect to work in a fast-paced setting where initiating and holding conversations with Guests is a daily requirement. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to maintaining quality while completing repetitious tasks with efficiency.
Schedule & Location
This is a Full Time position requiring full availability seven days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and around nature, embracing the unique environment of the Hawaiian Islands.
