About the Role
Blue World Pools, Inc. is seeking established Above-Ground Pool Installers to join our team. This is an "on-the-road" position focused on installing residential above-ground pools within a 200-mile radius of your location. The role is designed for skilled professionals who have the gear and grit to move earth and set pools, whether you are an experienced pool installer or a skilled dirt worker, heavy equipment operator, landscaper, or construction worker.
You will pick up pool kits from local freight companies, typically near the customer's house or en route to the installation site. While specific pool installation experience is not mandatory, professional-grade grading and site-leveling skills (using Transit or Laser levels) are essential. If you lack pool installation experience, we will train you on the process, provided you have a background in grading or dirt work.

Requirements
