Blue World Pools, Inc. has been a leader in the industry since 1982, dedicated to providing a steady flow of residential above-ground pool installations. Our mission is to keep your schedule full by handling all marketing and customer acquisition, allowing you to focus entirely on completing quality installations and getting paid quickly.
This is an "on-the-road" position designed for established workers with the gear and grit to move earth and set pools. You will install residential above-ground pools within a radius of up to 200 miles from your location. The role involves picking up pool kits from local freight companies and executing professional-grade grading and site-leveling before installation.
You will work as part of a crew, requiring at least one reliable helper. While prior pool installation experience is not mandatory, professional-grade grading and site-leveling skills are essential. If you lack specific pool experience, we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
We eliminate the uncertainty of the construction business by providing 100% of the customers and fixed, transparent rates. You will not need to bid for jobs or incur marketing costs. Instead, you earn high rates per install with volume bonuses and fast payouts upon completion of each job.
Experienced candidates must apply directly on our website first. Once your application is submitted, you will follow the provided steps to schedule a phone screening interview.
