About the Role

As a PMO Support Analyst, you will serve as a vital partner to Global Process Owner leadership and process teams. Your mission is to coordinate projects, monitor critical metrics, and maintain the tools and materials necessary to drive consistent execution across a global finance environment. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic initiatives and operational reality, ensuring that administrative activities, templates, and documentation support the broader organizational goals.

In this position, you will facilitate strategic projects and business change initiatives alongside technology and cross-functional stakeholders. You will analyze performance metrics and ad hoc data to monitor process efficiency and support data-driven decisions. A key part of your day will involve coordinating onboarding activities for member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones, while simultaneously maintaining enhancement tools, sharing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
