As a PMO Support Analyst, you will serve as a vital partner to Global Process Owner (GPO) leadership and process teams. Your mission is to coordinate projects, monitor key metrics, maintain essential tools and materials, and drive consistent execution across the global finance environment. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic initiatives and operational reality, ensuring that administrative activities, templates, and documentation support the broader goals of the organization.
In this position, you will facilitate strategic projects and business change initiatives alongside technology and cross-functional stakeholders. You will analyze performance metrics and ad hoc data to monitor process efficiency and support critical decision-making. A significant part of your day will involve coordinating onboarding activities for member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones, while simultaneously maintaining enhancement tools and sharing best practices to support continuous improvement efforts. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a meticulous attention to detail.
