We are seeking an experienced PMO Product Owner & Training Lead to serve as a key liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and governance groups. This role is designed to support enterprise PMO operations, Agile delivery governance, onboarding initiatives, and operational readiness activities. You will drive continuous improvement across PMO processes, tools, and training programs, ensuring that our delivery frameworks remain robust and scalable.
In this position, you will balance the strategic oversight of a Product Owner with the facilitation skills of a Scrum Master. Your day-to-day involves defining priorities and roadmap items, managing backlog refinement, and coordinating production deployment activities. Beyond governance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team culture by coordinating onboarding activities, facilitating workshops, and maintaining the training content that empowers new resources to succeed.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical governance knowledge and stakeholder management capabilities. The process typically includes an initial screening to verify experience with enterprise PMO operations, followed by a deeper dive into Agile methodologies and scenario-based discussions regarding operational readiness and training delivery.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring that our governance and delivery teams reflect the variety of perspectives needed to drive innovation and excellence.
