This is not a coordination-only role. We are seeking a senior program manager who can independently drive programs forward, manage risk proactively, align stakeholders, and lead complex implementations from planning through execution. You will thrive in complex environments with many moving pieces, competing priorities, and high visibility.
In this position, you will partner with engineering, product, operations, and client stakeholders to navigate ambiguity and deliver outstanding results. You will serve as a trusted leader, facilitating executive-level communication and driving accountability across teams while fostering collaboration. The role involves helping teams navigate changing priorities and evolving client needs with a calm, solutions-oriented approach. SaaS implementation experience, government client or regulated industry experience, experience managing distributed or remote teams, knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or related certifications.
