The Planning & Analysis team within our Digital organization is responsible for the annual financial planning process, leading the bottom-up budgeting and forecasting process to provide senior leaders with spend visibility and help Digital leaders prioritize the highest value work.
As a PMO Portfolio Analyst, you will be the bridge between financial strategy and operational execution. You will work cross-functionally with Digital leadership, Finance, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment on forecasts and budgets. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and financial acumen to understand Digital cost drivers, identify trends in cost growth, and ensure accuracy and consistency across the portfolio. Beyond financial expertise, this role requires project management experience to ensure the successful delivery of workstream outcomes in support of annual planning. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables, develop tactical plans with clear timelines, and lead planning meetings to ensure stakeholders' questions are addressed.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates in these locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday through Thursday.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required.
