About the Role
The Project Management Office Manager serves as the primary steward of execution discipline for MCG's Enclosure portfolio, leading enterprise project execution for data center and hyperscale programs. This role exists to ensure projects are delivered with precision, speed, and predictability, where safety, quality, uptime, and reliability are non-negotiable.
As a strong advocate for hyperscale and Mission Critical customers, the PMO Manager balances customer commitments with operational reality, capacity, and risk. Success requires deep partnership with operations, engineering, supply chain, and construction teams to drive operational excellence, margin discipline, and scalable growth. The day-to-day involves translating complex customer requirements into executable plans, overseeing large-scale fast-track programs with limited tolerance for variance, and building a high-performing PMO culture capable of scaling with demand.
