As a Superintendent I, you will play a critical role in ensuring all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to strict quality standards and building codes. This position is designed for someone who is eager to dive into a fast-paced, constantly evolving business and lead by example.
In this role, you will manage the job site team to execute production plans, schedules, and budgets efficiently. Your day will involve verifying installations against design, managing material logistics and inventory, and overseeing safety protocols to ensure zero injuries. You will serve as the primary communicator between the field, the builder, and customer representatives, ensuring clear expectations are set during daily huddles and meetings. Beyond the technical execution, you will actively engage in workforce development, helping to retain and develop talent while maximizing your team's earning potential and pride in their work.
