About the Role
As a Superintendent I, you will play a critical role in ensuring all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to strict quality standards and building codes. This position is the bridge between design and execution, requiring you to lead by example in safety, quality, and productivity.
Your day will involve managing the job site team to execute production plans, schedules, and budgets efficiently. You will verify installations against design specifications, manage material logistics and inventory, and oversee the quality inspection process to create punch lists and track rework. Beyond the technical aspects, you will serve as the primary communicator between the production team, builders, and customers, ensuring clear expectations are set during daily huddles and meetings. You will also be instrumental in workforce development, helping to retain and develop talent while maintaining a zero-accident safety culture.
