About the Role
The Field Superintendent I is critical to ensuring that all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to company standards and building codes. This role exists to bridge the gap between design and execution, managing the job site team to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
In this position, you will lead by example, setting clear expectations for quality and productivity during daily huddles. Your day involves verifying installations against design, managing material logistics and inventory, and overseeing safety protocols to ensure a zero-accident environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builders and customers, communicating change orders and job site needs effectively. Beyond the technical execution, you will actively engage in workforce development, helping to retain and develop talent while maximizing earning potential for your crew.
