As a Superintendent I, you will play a critical role in ensuring all RTMC projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to RTMC Quality Standards and building codes. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business and is eager to dive into the field.
In this role, you will lead by example, representing RTMC professionally and engaging in workforce development. You will manage the job site team to execute production plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring a safe environment with no injuries or accidents. Your leadership will help maximize employee earning potential and foster a sense of pride in the work.
Expect a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builder and customer representatives, ensuring clear communication and timely coordination of change orders. By maintaining high levels of employee engagement and effectively managing logistics, you will help drive the success of our projects.
