As a Superintendent I, you will play a critical role in ensuring all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to strict quality standards and building codes. This position is the bridge between design and execution, requiring you to lead by example and foster a sense of pride among your crews.
Your day will involve managing the job site team to execute production plans, schedules, and budgets efficiently. You will verify installations against design specifications, manage material logistics and inventory, and oversee safety protocols to ensure a zero-accident environment. Beyond the technical execution, you will serve as a key communicator, collaborating with builders, customers, and project managers to clarify needs and document activities. You will also actively engage in workforce development, mentoring talent and driving employee engagement through effective leadership.
