About the Team

Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is the employed provider group of Dignity Health Arizona. We employ approximately 350 providers and 850 support staff, covering a wide variety of specialties and providing more than 73 sub-specialty services. Our physicians and Advanced Practice Providers deliver clinical services in their areas of expertise while serving in pivotal academic research and leadership roles. About the Role

As a Faculty Physician, you will provide high-quality medical services within the scope of your licensing, training, and clinical privileges. This role is designed for those who wish to apply their specialized expertise to deliver exceptional patient care while actively shaping the next generation of medical professionals. You will serve as a mentor and educator for residents, fellows, medical students, and the lay community, fostering clinical excellence and academic advancement.

Your day-to-day impact involves supervising and teaching trainees, assisting in the development of clinical programs and technology, and collaborating with department managers to ensure effective physician staffing and clinical supervision. You will also contribute to the organization's mission by participating in meaningful research, designing scientific projects, and engaging in quality improvement initiatives to resolve patient care issues and meet satisfaction goals. Additionally, you will play a strategic role in financial planning by providing input on budgets, business plans, and productivity standards to achieve departmental objectives.

Hiring Process
