About the Role
Located in Dagsboro, DE, the Plant Operator role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of plant equipment at our quarry. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and professional, bringing experience in plant operation and maintenance to the team. This position requires a safety-focused mindset to perform daily checks on crushers and screens, maintain clear walkways, and ensure equipment guarding is intact. The role involves collaborating with the work crew to solve production problems and suggesting changes to increase operational efficiency while adhering to strict MSHA and company safety policies.
