Plant Maintenance Tech (Day OR Night Shift)

About the Role

We are hiring for both Day and Night shifts for a 12-hour rotating schedule. This position is critical to keeping our manufacturing equipment operational and ensuring production lines run smoothly.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to perform daily preventative and predictive maintenance, record all maintenance activities, and maintain a clean shop environment. Your work will directly support adherence to company, state, and federal regulations while ensuring safety and efficiency on the floor.

Physical Environment

This role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will be required to stand and walk constantly throughout your shift. The environment includes exposure to noise levels exceeding 85 decibels, CO2, and moving production lines. Temperatures can range from 45°F (7°C) to 99°F (37°C), and you may encounter damp, wet, and cold conditions. The role also involves regular lifting of 25+ lbs and working around live and/or raw animal odors.
