Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGather, organize, and compile client asset and personal information
- check_circlePrepare client information summaries, asset listings, and funded asset lists
- check_circlePerform trust funding tasks in accordance with firm policies and procedures
- check_circleUpdate ownership and beneficiary designations and verify all changes are completed accurately
- check_circleServe as a notary during document signing appointments
- check_circleConduct online and courthouse records research including tax assessments, deeds, and gas leases
- check_circleRecord legal documents at county courthouses as required
- check_circlePrepare, proofread, and manage correspondence and legal documents
- check_circleSchedule client appointments and initial consultations while delivering exceptional customer service
- check_circleMaintain calendars for attorneys and staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- check_circleAssist clients with estate planning and long-term care planning matters
- check_circleOrganize and maintain hard-copy and electronic client files
Requirements
- verifiedActive Pennsylvania Notary Public license OR willingness to obtain notary licensure upon hire
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology

Previous experience in a legal or professional office environment.
