About the Role

The Pile Driver is the critical operator responsible for the safe and efficient installation of structural foundations for marine and civil infrastructure. In this high-risk environment, you will drive steel, concrete, and timber piles to support bridges, wharves, jetties, seawalls, and other essential structures. Whether working on land or overwater platforms, barges, and remote coastal sites, your role demands a unique blend of mechanical aptitude, spatial awareness, and an unwavering commitment to precision and safety.

You will serve as the backbone of the foundation team, operating pile driving machinery in diverse ground conditions while collaborating closely with foremen, crane operators, and riggers. Success in this position requires the ability to read blueprints and project specifications, document installation details, and maintain equipment to ensure continuous, safe operations.
