Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in the country, comprising over 2,100 clinicians across 40+ specialties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This partnership allows our physicians to focus entirely on delivering exceptional patient care using the latest technology.

We are currently seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a collaborative group of six urologists in San Jose and Los Gatos. This role offers the opportunity to practice within a physician-led, collegial environment with access to state-of-the-art facilities, including on-site outpatient surgery centers and Da Vinci robotic surgery capabilities at nearby hospitals.

About the Role

As a general urologist, you will manage a patient load of 18–24 per day while enjoying significant flexibility in your office scheduling, with options for a 4 or 5-day work week. The position includes a share-call schedule with outstanding colleagues, covering weekdays and weekends (1 in 7 weekends). You will benefit from an established primary care referral network that provides a strong foundation for rapid practice growth.

The role is designed to support a healthy work-life balance, offering schedule flexibility and sabbaticals. After two years, physicians become eligible for shareholder status with competitive, production-based income, following a guaranteed salary period for the first two years.
