We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained pediatric urologist for a full or part-time faculty position within the Department of Urology at the University of Louisville. This Academic Urologic position offers flexibility in role development and the personalization of clinical practice.
The role is designed to accommodate protected time for research and academic enrichment pursuits, whether for new fellowship graduates or established candidates focusing on leadership, quality improvement, patient safety, and the development of multidisciplinary programs. As part of a growing division, you will join a team that sees children from newborn to age 18, offering comprehensive care and state-of-the-art diagnostics.
Our practice is a leader in advanced technology, being the first pediatric urology providers in Louisville to offer pediatric robotic surgery with the da Vinci Xi system. We also provide video urodynamics, sedation capability, and a full line of infant and pediatric endoscopic/cytoscopic equipment unavailable elsewhere in the region. Surgical services are provided at three Louisville locations: Norton Children's Hospital, Norton Women's & Children's Hospital, and Norton Children's Medical Center.
