About the Team

Essentia Health in Fargo, North Dakota, is a stable, clinician-led organization that values excellence and collaboration. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our esteemed and dynamic team, which currently includes one Urologist and three Nurse Practitioners.

About the Role

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with a balanced workload. Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, and the call schedule is manageable at 1:4. You will benefit from dedicated block time of 2–3 days per week, supported by a well-trained and efficient OR staff. Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients, ensuring seamless operations.

Our facilities are state-of-the-art, featuring a Level II Trauma Center with advanced technology. The campus includes a Da Vinci Robot, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics. Clinic, ER, OR, and hospital services are all integrated within the same facility, ensuring comprehensive care. You will also leverage a robust referral network built on a large health system with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.
