Essentia Health is a clinician-led organization dedicated to providing comprehensive care within a friendly and well-respected environment. Our Fargo, North Dakota facility operates as a Level II Trauma Center, featuring state-of-the-art equipment including two Da Vinci Robots, advanced laser therapies, and MRI-guided biopsy capabilities. The clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are integrated within the same facility to ensure seamless patient care, supported by a robust referral network spanning 25 clinics and five hospitals across the regional service area.
About the Role
We are inviting a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our team in a flexible, casual role designed for professional fulfillment without the commitment of a full-time schedule. This position offers the perfect balance for those seeking a better work-life balance while practicing in a collegial environment.
You will work alongside an experienced Urologist and three dedicated Nurse Practitioners. The role features dedicated block time with a well-trained and efficient OR staff, and call responsibilities are well-supported by the hospitalist team. This setup allows you to provide high-quality clinical care with the backing of an engaged, well-staffed team.
