We are seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team in Hartford, Connecticut. This role offers the opportunity to work within an academic setting with current residents, providing care in a high-volume, diverse environment. You will be part of an integrated healthcare team that includes Vituity-staffed hospitalists, offering comprehensive care solutions.
The position is based at Hospital for Special Care, a Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. The 617-bed medical center features a 70-bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of 70,000 and 192 patients daily. The environment offers a good blend of acuity and a diverse patient population, supported by resources such as ED case management, crisis clinician support, Epic EMR, and Dragon dictation.
