About the Opportunity
We are seeking Locum Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team near Gearhart, OR, starting as soon as possible for an ongoing assignment through December 31, 2026. This role offers a unique chance to practice in a Level 4 Trauma center with robust support services available 24 hours a day, including Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response, and Radiology.
The Role
You will provide critical emergency care in an inpatient setting, with a specific focus on night shift coverage (7pm–7am), though 7am–7pm shifts are also available. The facility receives newborn deliveries, making this an ideal environment for physicians comfortable with a broad range of acute care scenarios. The position is designed for flexibility, requiring 7–8 shifts per month, with scheduling adaptable to your availability. Notably, this role includes no call duties, allowing for a predictable work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive hourly rate accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Providers receive housing, car rental, and gas, along with mileage reimbursement for driving their own vehicle. Additional perks include coverage for parking, tolls, and baggage fees. Malpractice insurance is provided at an A++ rating, with tail coverage included at no cost to the physician.
