The Ascension Saint Thomas Center for Female Pelvic Medicine is seeking a Fellowship-trained Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon to join a fast-growing practice. Currently comprised of 3 surgeons and 6 nurse practitioners, the team is expanding to meet the growing needs of the community. You will work within a specialized Urogynecology practice that is part of the larger Saint Thomas Medical Partners, a physician-led network providing care across 45 counties in Middle Tennessee.
This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment where physician and advanced practice provider engagement is recognized as a key driver of excellent patient care. You will join a team dedicated to providing seamless care through a comprehensive network of affiliated joint ventures, medical practices, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities.
You will practice at Ascension Saint Thomas Center for Pelvic Medicine, located at Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown. This facility is one of the largest in the state, featuring 683 licensed acute and rehab care beds. The campus recently completed a $300 million expansion project in 2023, which includes a new ICU, surgical tower, and the Women's Hospital Pavilion.
The hospital features a dedicated entrance providing immediate access to women's care services, including the OB-GYN Emergency Department and Birthing Center. As a clinically and technologically advanced healthcare destination, the hospital delivers more than 7,000 babies per year—more than any other hospital in the region—and houses a Level 3 NICU.
