About the Team

Banner Medical Group's robust, multispecialty neuroscience group is seeking a General Neurologist to join an established team in the East Valley. The practice is supported by a vast network of Primary Care providers serving as an established referral source, allowing for a patient base to be established relatively quickly. The team currently includes five physicians and five advanced practice providers, with established partnerships in neurosurgery to handle unique cases with a range of complexity.

Banner Health is one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the country, featuring 30 hospitals across six Western states. Our physicians work in highly integrated and innovative environments where they can focus on providing great care with a strong support structure. The role offers flexibility to accommodate either a full-time outpatient practice or a hybrid model providing both inpatient and outpatient services, depending on provider preferences.

The position is open at two distinct facilities:

• Banner Desert Medical Center (Chandler): A Level I Trauma Center serving as a tertiary referral center for the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix. It is ranked as one of the top five hospitals in the region and recognized for eight high-performing specialties.
• Banner Baywood Medical Center (Mesa): A 342-bed acute care facility and nationally recognized Primary Stroke Center offering timely response and intervention for acute stroke patients.

Both locations provide ready access to outpatient services, EEG, EMG, and imaging via Banner Imaging Services.

Hiring Process
