About the Team
Essentia Health in Fargo, ND, is experiencing exciting growth within its Women's and Children's division. The team operates in state-of-the-art, recently remodeled facilities, fostering a collegial and expanding environment dedicated to high-quality maternal and fetal care.
The practice is embedded within a growing OB/GYN Clinic and attached to a hospital featuring a modern Birthing Center and private post-partum rooms. Essentia Health Fargo is a Level III NICU serving a regional service area that includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals. The team includes established clinicians working alongside MFM nurses, an OB Diabetic Educator, a Genetic Counselor, and three MFM sonographers, collaborating closely with a broader OB/GYN team of physicians, CNMs, and NPs.
About the Role
This position offers a consultation-based practice with a primary base in the MFM clinic. The role supports a large referral base of maternal and fetal high-risk obstetric populations, serving a region with a population of 250,000 located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, just four hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.\n The position is designed for a balanced day-to-day workflow with no call requirements. The anticipated schedule is 4-5 days per week from 8 am to 5 pm. Daily activities include approximately 10 office patients, with 2-4 procedures per month and an average of 5-10 inpatient consults monthly. The practice supports over 1,200 deliveries annually.

Key Responsibilities
