About the Role
We are seeking full-time hospitalists to join our experienced and collaborative team. This position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality inpatient medicine in an environment that values teamwork and work-life balance. Hospitalists at Pen Bay enjoy access to the extensive resources of the MaineHealth system while serving patients in a close-knit, community-focused setting.
Day-only and night-only positions are available. Please note that nighttime shifts require coverage in the ICU. The Midcoast region offers an exceptional quality of life, providing the perfect balance of small-town charm with a thriving culture. Residents enjoy year-round outdoor recreation, including hiking along scenic trails, sailing and boating on Penobscot Bay, and a ski resort just 10 minutes away.
