About the Role

We are seeking a Core Faculty Internal Medicine Physician to join our ACGME-accredited Residency Program. This unique position blends a robust outpatient clinical practice with a dedicated commitment to graduate medical education. You will serve as a vital link between clinical excellence and academic mentorship, working closely with the Program Director to shape the future of our residents.

In this role, you will spend 90% of your time in outpatient Internal Medicine and Transitional Care Clinics, supervising 100% of resident patient encounters. The remaining 10% is dedicated to administrative and educational leadership, including curriculum development, resident assessment, and program recruitment. You will play a significant role in fostering a culture of learning, guiding residents through their development, and ensuring the program meets the highest standards of medical education.
