About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Contingent Physician Assistant to join our regional Neonatal Intensive Care team in Muskegon and Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative setting. You will work alongside skilled physicians, APPs, and dedicated support staff, utilizing advanced digital tools like Epic and MyChart. The position offers flexible scheduling and a supportive culture that prioritizes internal advancement and professional development.
Opportunity Details
This is a Contingent position (0.0 FTE) with a schedule of 25-hour or 8-hour shifts as needed. You will serve two distinct facilities:
- Grand Rapids: A 15-bed NICU Level III.
- Muskegon: An 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery.
A key benefit of this role is that no call requirements are expected for APPs, allowing for a strong work-life balance.
