Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide learning opportunities for department staff on topics related to clinical specialty
- check_circleMeet departmental productivity standards and take initiative to service patients with immediate needs
- check_circleImplement treatment plans utilizing current theory and practice to achieve established patient goals
- check_circleCoordinate appropriate follow-up care for patients post-discharge from treatment
- check_circlePerform patient evaluations, re-evaluations, goal setting, and discharge planning according to department policy
- check_circleSupervise rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students while providing a positive learning environment
- check_circleDocument treatment plans, assessment findings, and productivity in a timely manner for billing purposes
Requirements
- verifiedDoctorate Physical Therapy
- verifiedBLS-I, BLS, or ARC-BLS certification
- verifiedMust be enrolled in PT Doctorate program
