We provide specialized in-home care to former Nuclear Weapons Workers who are suffering from chronic and terminal illnesses resulting from their previous work environment. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of those who have served our country, offering compassionate support on their own schedule and terms.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will join a growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of our clients' homes. You will conduct weekly in-home visits, typically lasting 1-2 hours, to provide physical therapy services and education/training following the physician's Plan of Care.
This role offers a unique opportunity to create your own schedule and achieve a great work-life balance. You will be responsible for documenting all services, observations, and client progress, while actively participating in interdisciplinary activities and client care conferences to ensure comprehensive care.
